Customer service was very kind but your company made a determination that my pets condition was preexisting that is Monday morning quarterbacking and was not apparent to me or my vet when I first took out the policy.
Customer service was very kind but your company made a determination that my pets condition was preexisting that is Monday morning quarterbacking and was not apparent to me or my vet when I first took out the policy. Your all too happy to take my premiums but won't pay out on claims.
