I called as I was questioning why it too longer this time to pay on a claim for my pet which has already been approved in the past.
I called as I was questioning why it too longer this time to pay on a claim for my pet which has already been approved in the past. The customer service representative said she saw the claim was open, but that they had a high call volume and were training new people?? However, my prior claims for this same condition have been accepted and paid within 3 days?? Hoping it doesn't take too much longer!! I pay my monthly premium as soon as I receive it, no matter what.
