Resolve mu issue quickly
I put in a claim online and I had 2 receipts. Apparently I sent 1 of them twice. Oops! the email back to tell me of my mistake was very quick which was extremely helpful because I was still on my computer to see it and I may not have come back to my computer for a few days because of work. So I was able to deal with it quickly. Camille was helpful because she found my mistake and I was able to resolve it quickly.
