Please note that all call centre representatives have been great. My issues have arisen because of billing discrepancies and issues with invoices and deductibles charges. Each and every time I've visited the vet there have been issues with billings and it has taken an inordinate amount of time to resolve - at one point, waiting for over 45 minutes after my poor Cat had just had an enema. Horrible experience. I was incorrectly charged twice for a deductible after having been told by Trupanion that there was “no connection” to my pet's symptoms and reason for treatment. This was simply not true, and was evidenced by the veterinarian's notes. It has only somewhat been resolved and I now worry that this is a precedent that will be set for ALL future treatments for my pet. Very frustrating overall, and it has very negatively affected my willingness to recommend Trupanion to friends and family. I would be pleased to discuss further if there is interest.
