So impressed
She said that she was going to work on my statement between calls and she did. To me this meant that she used her down time between call centre calls to address my issue which was more convenient for me instead of me waiting on hold for a really long time. That would have been inconvenient and would have left me with a bad impression. Since my issue didn't need immediate resolution (over the phone during the phone call), she was able to give it the attention and focus it needed and I received an email a few days later.

I love the personal feelings for our cat Millie.
I love the personal feelings for our cat Millie. We have never had a bad experience with any of the personal that we have dealt with. I have given a few of our friends who also have pets. This is one happy customer. We have had a few problems with Millie when she was a little kitten and never had to wait more than a week for compinsation for the money we had put out to have Millie nursed back to good health. Thank you Trupanion for all the great service. Millie says thank you for making it easy for my mommie and daddy to make me better. I still have to eat special food so I don't get sick again but I do get treats everyday just not the ones that make me sick. Meowwwwwwew( in human words that says thanks).

Monthly cost varies due to multiple factors including: species, breed, age at enrollment, gender, and postal code.
Coverage
One simple plan covers new injuries and illnesses, hereditary, congenital, and chronic conditions—once the deductible is met, Trupanion pays 90% of the remaining invoice.

Payout Limits
Unlimited lifetime payouts on eligible conditions with no payout limits-ever.
Deductible
You can choose your deductible from $0 – $1000, in $5 increments, to fit your budget.
Trupanion offers a lifetime, per condition deductible meaning that once the deductible is met for an eligible condition, you never have to meet it again. That condition is covered for life. This is great for chronic conditions that can span the entirety of a pet’s life such as allergies or cancer.
Age Limits
All pets under 14 years old can enroll.
Once enrolled, pets stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
Accidents: 5 days
Illnesses: 30 days
Other providers may have additional waiting periods for congenital conditions like hip dysplasia, Trupanion does not.
Exclusions
Trupanion was developed to protect you and your pet from unexpected illnesses and injuries. That means we don’t cover “predictable” care costs that you can plan ahead for, like:
Examination fees
Wellness and preventive care
Elective, or cosmetic procedures
Sales tax, where applicable
