Bonnie reassured me that the issue I was calling about was in fact a non-issue. She couldn't tell me however, what the delay is in processing Chino's claim. I received an e-mail letting me know a claim had been submitted a couple of weeks ago but there has been no progress since then and the claim still shows as 'open'. I have since had to submit another claim regarding Chino while the last has yet to be resolved. My vet's office said they had received a number of complaints recently about the lengthy time it is taking for Trupanion to process claims. Up until now I have never had an issue or cause to complain, your service and care has been exemplary. I'm not sure what the reason is for the recent delay in processing but thought it should be brought to your attention.
