BUYER BEWARE!!!
Long story short, I had to increase my deductible due to the high premiums. Old deductible was $500 and new is $1000. Claim was started on June 5 and new deductible was not meant to go into effect until June 10. I received an email from them stating that I would owe on the $500. It was a relief. Until the day of the surgery, when they sent me an email saying I would be paying the new deductible of $1000. Anyone who can change providers now, please consider it. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years only to get screwed over by them in my time of need. Also, google them - they owe $100,000 in fines for shady sales tactics and have had a ton if bad publicity lately. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
