It’s great till you have a claim…
I do not like your claims person handing my first claim on arrow. I gave all the records the breeder had from Feb 27 his birthday to June 7 my “get him” day. Puppies do not have much more than a shot record and a simple write up they are I good health if they are. And arrow was and is. I took him immediately for an exam 3 days after getting him and he was in perfect health. i sent in those exam notes and all soap notes it’s well. You paid this routine claim. Then I sent in all of the emergency claim medical records including x-rays and soap notes from the non-routine claim. You refuse to pay this claim bc you want health records that you already have and records that do not and can ever exists. I have acted in good faith. You have not. I wish I’d never heard of you. I’ve had 4 puppies with the same exact medical records coming from the breeder and never had a problem with other insurance companies. I need you to do the right thing and pay my emergency claim as I have provided all the records from that and all of his medical records en todo again. I have fulfilled every obligation yet you ask for things no one would have. Like you are looking or any reason not to pay a claim I have coverage for. Looks like a bit of “false advertising” to me. I am paying for coverage and providing all there is medical record wise in good faith. This claims person seems to either not know how to do their job or they think we have meticulous volumes records on healthy puppies before we get them. It’s like the only way I’d get emergency coverage is if I’d bred Arrow myself. Which is nuts. I have called and been assured everything is fine and you have all you need. Then I get more nasty grams asking for things you have or don’t exist. It’s like a bad movie.
