Competitive rates, user friendly, seamless online integration
Competitive rates, easy setup process, I love that everything is easily accessible online from the quote to signing up to viewing current policy and making any necessary changes on the fly.
Also, I love their marketing team - they send out emails that are helpful and informative.. I actually read them which I can't say for all the other subscribed lists I am on.

Insurance for Thought
I would like to see motorcycle insurance available at some point. I'm disappointed with the pet insurance available. The quotes I have received for my pet are way to high and cost more then my auto insurance. Other then these things Sonnet seems to be a good choice but I have read some reviews that have made me concerned about sonnet raising premiums after the first year. If it happens I will shop for insurance elsewhere.
