I have been trying to cancel my home policy with Sonnet for over 2 months. They want to see legal documentation to cancel. They have no right to ask for any documentation, they should just cancel the policy as requested. I spoke with Ian in customer support. Nice enough person but not helpful...I would recommend going with Allstate, real people on the phone.
Received email advising my new policy is ready 10 days before my renewal date only after I emailed asking why I had not yet received anything. Go to website to view new policy and new rate but dead links. Don't even know how much is going to be taken out of my bank. Can't even view my policy. Need to change my due date. Emails are not responded to. The only way to change is through the website. Did I mention DEAD LINKS!!!!!! Online chat was useless. All she did was apologize and claim going to contact billing but never did. Not even given enough time to arrange for new insurance provider. Guess I'll have to wait until the payment comes out to see what my new rate is but still need to change my due date.
