web quote and policy changes breaks frequently. it needs improvements.. rates are ok so far
I had cancelled my insurance due to sale of home but the purchaser defaulted on the purchase. Sonnet made it easy to reinstate my policy until I can resell the house.
From the very start, their website is excellent with easy to follow instructions to get a fast quote. It allows you to adjust your amounts and scope of coverage, so that you can easily see all your options. All of the questions I had, were answered in a prompt and courteous manner. The icing on the cake?… my premium went from 3200.00 per year to 800.00 on identical coverage and policy wording and was less restrictive on things like wood burning appliances.
With the experience that I have had, I believe someone in the market for insurance, would be foolish to not at least get a quote from Sonnet!
