Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

The vehicle insurance self management through the sonnet site is empowering. The insurance premium fees are some what on the high price side. I would suggest that Sonnet would have more options for choosing the number of days a vehicle is in motion on the road for full coverage and when the vehicle is parked. My vehicle is not driven or moved every single day, so it would make sense to me that a premium reduction for month or year be applied. Jon M.

I would rate 0 starts if it was possible Sonnet are a bunch of crooks. They will increase your policy without any warning. No Email, no phone call etc. They are a repugnant company that has terrible customer service and will charge you twice as much as other insurance companies. Please take your business elsewhere, anywhere!! They deserve to sink.

I wouldn’t recommend this company because they have poor customer service when it comes to settling claims. I was in accident in Sept. I was asked to return the rental 3 weeks later with an offer which they gave me. I provided them with an invoice of repair done in the past 6 months and it took them 1 month to get back to me. The excuse was that they couldn’t get a hold of my mechanic. I had requested they call me at 1pm due to work but they would call me around 11am anyways and leave a message. It looked like they called me earlier so that they would avoid talking to me at 1pm about the invoice I gave them for my vehicle repairs. At the end I realize that they will not accept my invoice and they are just wasting time so I settled and moved on. Won’t recommend this company and if you do, you need a lot of patience.
