NEGATIVE -10 I have been using Sonnet Insurance for about 3 yrs. When my insurance came up for renewal in November they told me my rate would only dropped about $3 a month. I decide to contact a reputable insurance company and they give me a better rate and even better coverage and at almost $80 less a month than Sonnet. I cancel my policy before renewal and they still go in not once but twice in one week for my monthly payment. I had canceled my policy and then leave me with NSF fees if $90. I contact customer service , who take days to return your call or email. They says they will speak with their Finance Department..but in the end they refused to pay me back. SHAME ON YOU... Shame on me for trusting them. But NEVER again.

experience has been a total disaster

My sons experience has been a total disaster..his car got stolen and burned a month later he still waiting they told him if he has a rental take it back even tho he paid for rental coverage ..there doing nothing except giving him the run around took 5 days for anyone to contact him after it happened ..he lost his job because of there uncooperation ..DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHAT SO EVER ..IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH ..

Troublesome Cancellation Procedure

I sold my home so had to cancel the policy. 1st of all they charge a cancellation penalty fee that I was not aware of and was not told of when I purchased the insurance with them a few years back. We have had several home and auto insurances with Sonnet since 2015 and loved it since Sonnet was easy to deal with and did not have a cancellation penalty ever. But now I was surprised to see that I have to pay a cancellation fee and what made it worse? That I received an email immediately after I cancelled my service directing me to call sonnet to pay the outstanding penalty and was threatened that I would be sent to a collection agency if I don't call and pay it! So I called sonnet the next day and after waiting for several minutes on the line, I was told there is nothing that I need to do and the outstanding penalty will be deducted from my credit card automatically! I used to love Sonnet but these past experiences made me seriously consider other companies for my next insurance policy. The best customer service is the one that does not waste the customers' precious time,

Been with you guys for coming on 2…

Been with you guys for coming on 2 years . Happy with the service but the cost still hasn't went down as much as I thought over the year's.
