When I started with sonnet they were awesome. Now their representatives are not all trained to answer basic questions. We asked for a supervisor to solve a problem we were told no we couldn't talk to one.Not the policy. It took 4 hrs on the phone to correct a policy change their system had screwed up. Yet they blamed us for it. They do anything they want and say it's the policy. Buyer beware. They used to be an awesome company before they got big. Hope this helps someone.
