Rather dissatisfied at the moment with my increase in the cost of my car insurance. Also why when I make a new quote as if I was a new client, the cost is around $200 less. I put exactly the same options and values. Even my driver's license number was entered. I find it unfair to have a higher amount when we are already a customer. But when I want to buy the new one, always error display Sorry we have problem.
Payment wise ok, however they dropped our insurance because we didnt send a random question form that was given to us a year after our insurance was started
This company has some seriouse fraud concerns. They recently took 317 off my prepaid cc and ive been trying for 48 days now to get it back because I dont even have an account with them and I never gave them my cc info or permission to take money from it.Ive called them several times and emailed them as well as sent an email to their ombudsman and have not been answered once.I would hate to have them as an insurance provider if thumis is what they do to non customers
