Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Sonnet’s online platform makes it easy to obtain a quote online in a fraction of the time I’m usually on hold with other companies. We have been using Sonnet for both our Home, Auto & Rental Property for over 2 years now. The rates were very competitive to begin with, and have continued to decline annually. A nice change when compared to some of their competitors. Although we haven’t had to make a claim, a family member (who signed on after I was bragging about the company) had to put a claim through their home policy. The process was smooth and simple with no unnecessary hoops to jump though. Well done so far Sonnet.

I am very unhappy with the new rate which increased by almost 20% without having had any accidents and driven much less. Even after reaching out to Sonnet and discussing, there was no willingness to adjust this. I am now searching for other insurance options.
