Horrible Cancellation Support
Not allowing cancellations online is criminal. I spent an hour on the phone waiting and no one picked up.
I'm not even churning as a customer - I just wanted to switch from tenant to landlord insurance. The app was too dumb to let me do that, so I had to buy a new policy and cancel the old one.
Except they won't let me cancel the old one! There is no reason that after 8 years in business, they haven't built it. This is purely to frustrate customers into not cancelling.
I've been using sonnet since 2017, but my next insurance policy will not be through Sonnet.
Update 11/13: It took them a week to get back to me by email, and the email just told me to call them. What is this clown show?
