Absolutly terrible experience
Absolutly terrible experience. We were in an accident over two months ago. Had our truck towed and then sonnet picked up our truck from the towing lot and took it to theirs only a few days after the accident. It has been just over two months and everyone we call our adjuster for an update he doesn’t answer. We have called customer service and requested to speak with a manager as our adjuster has told us an appraiser hasn’t even been out to look at our vehicle yet. According to their policy the adjuster has 24 hours to respond before escalating to a supervisor. He always just happens to respond after we have complained. Finally he stopped responding and it was escalated to a manager who we were told would call by the end of the day yesterday and guess what? Still no damn call! Two months and no one has even looked at our truck! An absolutle joke of a company and I would never recommend to go with them! Communication, customer service, management absolutely TERRIBLE! I just want to know what is happening with my vehicle!!!! DO NOT GO WITH SONNET!!!!
