I did not receive a call or any information for my claim. I called the help line to be told that they had tried to call me and there was no answer. I had my phone all day on me and I had no missed calls. They did not leave a voice-mail either and I had left a voice mail myself on the number provided for the claim rep online. I still have no info on the state of my vehicle and its been 3 full business days.

It's was easier to call during business hours and speak to a live agent than do changes to a policy online.

Had questions in relation to making changes to my policy, the agent I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to answer all questions promptly. Always a hassle-free experience.
