Another horrible experience
Another horrible experience. Although if you leave a 1 star review someone will get back to you sooner than using their preferred method of communication. Very sketchy and will ghost you if you have a complaint instead of making it right.
This company does not have professional experience dealing with customer service. They are extremely rude to a polite and confused customer! Rather than constructively solving a problem, they jump to canceling a policy and threatening not to drive your vehicle because they flagged it to the police. All for a 50 dollar overdue payment that they didn’t try taking out of the bank, let alone the customer had no problem paying it if they were to ask. After being with them, insurance everyone else had doubled to do what they put in the system!
This company is not worth the stress, be warned before considering them an option.
If it wasn't for the price sonnet insurance would have no customers. You treat customers like a number and nothing more. Worse experience I have ever had with a company. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the run around and all the waiting with no solid explanation
Horrible experience. Still trying to have something resolved a month later...little to no response from anyone. They've had no problem taking money from me, but zero response when asked for a refund (took double what they were supposed to for the year) I've done everything asked on my end - so very frustrated when I can't seem to get answers or help from anyone.
