Great company and customer service.

Jenna took care of my request using just the online text feature. Added “uses winter tires” to my policy. It was fast and I received an email shortly after showing the money I had saved by making a small change. When it comes to insurance, Sonnet is on it! Thank you for the great service.

I have multiple mortgages and cars with Sonnet and I can't wait to leave. Sonnet's website changed all of my properties policy start dates because I moved my car to a different address. The box was unchecked and yet, it still moved the policies. Now I have a policy that starts later than my mortgage, and is putting my close at risk. This is unacceptable. This should be easy. It's not. If they can’t get this right, what a claim?

This company has been very helpful. I bought the auto insurance, got charged but after contacting my existing company I was told that I would be charged a lot of money for termination fee. I called Sonnet right away and get it done

Another horrible experience. Although if you leave a 1 star review someone will get back to you sooner than using their preferred method of communication. Very sketchy and will ghost you if you have a complaint instead of making it right.
