Great people to work with
Great people to work with, they seem to know that insurance is expensive for younger people so they try to help out the best they can!
In 2023, my VISA was compromised twice, in March and again in November. I had to cancel my card immediately and request a new card, which takes at least 4 business days. As a result, I missed my March and November payments of $66 for home insurance. In each case, I called as soon as I had my new VISA to update my account; and the second time I called, in November, I was told my policy was being cancelled due to 2 missed payments in 12 months. Am I the only one who finds this completely outrageous? Do they do any research to see if their customer deserves to be cancelled or not? How about a 58 year old who has worked 25 years at the University of Toronto, and has a 900 credit score. Oh, this isn't the type of customer you want, Sonnet? Okay, bye.
