Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Our policy does not go into effect until March 1. So I am only rating my experience dealing with Vanessa who was the customer rep that assisted me when I called to find out about Sonnet insurance. She was friendly and very professional. She provided me with all information that I required. She took the time to explain the insurance policies to me.

I was able to get my insurance changed over rather quickly.

Signing up for Sonnet was great, the user experience in the app and customer service is amazing. My policy was the cheapest I found so that was awesome. I did not make any auto insurance claims so I can’t comment on that process.

The quoting was easy and didnt take time, all I had to do was add vin numbers and my license number. I was looking for a car, so I was quoting the cars that I was test driving. Which is headache calling agents for every car you test drive, thats why sonnet was handy and easy to use. I just dont get why they charge for first and last month. I never got charged for first and last month before on my previous insurances.

Great customer service, spoke with Sivan’s. Good online tool that requires minimum additional interaction.
