hard to reach by phone
So far, I've been with Sonnet for about 3 years and had no issues. ( no claims yet ).
Very unfortunately, if you try to reach them by phone - it is almost impossible. If you have a phone number, then most likely you will need to get through an endless menu and after that, you're in line for a looooong time.
It is very hard to get a human on the phone if you have questions.
