Sonnet is predatory. Yearly premium hikes. This years hike is almost doubled last years. They have the nerve to cite a list of known reasons for their hikes to dodge out on stating exactly why my rates have almost doubled. PREDATORS.

Scam Scam Scam
Scam Scam Scam. The worst experience. I had for 3 years the premium. Never had any issue but that decode to increase 30% nea reason. So I showed around with Intact and got a home insurance quote for 60$ less .very happy.
But guess what .
Even if I canceled 1 month prior the renew .I got charged other full amounts. The bank agent advised me to stop by forcing payments and mark it as Scam. Neve shop from this company .the had office is in India too.
