The experience is excellent and seamless, but insurance feels like/ Is a global scam that everyone has to comply with. I truly wish there were a way to get back the money we invest, with interest, if no claims are made.

The customer service is definitely top…
The customer service is definitely top notch and met all my expectations. I've never had a bad experience in any of my interactions with Sonnet whether it be choosing my plan options, accessing my account, or making my payments. For people who find it difficult to do things online I can vouch for the customer service Sonnet offers over the phone. I've had nothing but good outcomes from every service call.
