Efficient, friendly, no long wait times
Honestly the best experience working with Sonnet. Nothing but frustration and stress with competitors… Sonnet makes it easy. No long wait times on the phone, quick assistance using the chat option… just an all around simple and actually enjoyable experience! Karan was an absolute pleasure to work with!
Mobile use is not accurate as using hand-free mobile call would have 17/100. Totally understand it is one of the distractions, but rating 17 out of 100 is not acceptable. It would be more reasonable if the driver is holding a phone while driving or playing some app on the phone such as texting whiling driving would get that low score. I am hoping the rating system would have a different prospective on this issue.
Sonnet is a great insurance company, personally if I ever have an issue I call and within 5 min im Speaking to someone.when it comes to payments have always bin cheaper then most if not all other companies. Customer service is outstanding I strongly recommend reaching out and giving them a call for a quote I doubt you'll be disappointed,
