I had the worst experience with this company.
There is no customer service - just some FAQs online.
Policy changes go significantly up in just a month or two. Nothing can be done about it and no justification from Sonnet's side. But you've already signed a contract for a year and are hooked.
I haven't had any claims done with them but I bet it is the same "policy" (or scam?).
I will never get back to this company once I can be unhooked in a year.
I am sonnet customer from last 8 years and it works well for me . Bought home policy online and it works like a char. Tried to update home policy a few times with no hassle at all.
I moved out of country since 2 years and it was so easy to manage home policy with them . Tried to connect with sonnet over phone and online ,things resolved on the spot .
Works well for me except my policy premium is now more than double and urge Sonnet to look into it very seriously 😳
