Sonnet is always on it!
Every time I’ve had to speak with somebody at Sonnet they’ve been professional and helpful.
I never dread having to figure out an issue because they do all the heavy lifting and get it sorted in no time!
My roommate and I used sonnet for three years during university. And out of all the hydro, wifi, and other online bill payment systems, sonnet was definitely the best. The payments are extremely fair and reasonable and customer service is always there to help. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Customer service is such a pleasure when your dealing with insurance and sonnet has it nailed down! Cheap rates over 8 yrs i have yet to find a cheaper nicer company!
