Easy quotes, difficult follow-up, great resolution
The online quote from Sonnet has the potential to save me more, about 50% of my current insurer’s premium cost. The online survey questionnaire was fairly generic but didn't address specific questions I had about coverage. The email function for asking questions did not work and the chatbot was pretty much useless. I had to search the entire website for a contact phone number to ask my questions. Frustrated but undeterred I had to call the only number I could find on the website, the claims number - which turned out to be their general phone number with its own menu of call options. When I finally did get an agent, she was professional, pleasant and very helpful. Her attitude, willingness to help and disposition is what sealed the deal for me. While the premium may be attractive, the true test of an insurer is the client service and response when a claim is filed. The jury is still out.
