Just remember cancel fees of you old policy if its not the renewal date. There is a down payment of 2 months so the initial setup fee can be pretty high.

In 2022, I only authorized payments to be automatically taken out of my account of $69.75 for my home insurance, then after the year in Sept 2023 they increased payments to $120.08 that they took each month for the year without me authorizing the increase, and then Sept 2024 they increased the payments to $434.14 without me authorizing the increase! I did not receive a new contract or any information for the opportunity to authorize or deny the changes to my account. (I never had a claim and expected everything to stay the same.) So they took an extra $603.96 for the automatic renewal in 2023 and an extra $1093.14 in 2024 for the automatic renewal, totalling $1697.10. Looking through my PayPal account history was the only way I found out so I cancelled with them that day (Nov. 15, 2024). I should have been mailed a notice of changes to authorize or deny!

Everything, I needed to know was explained to me. I enjoyed interacting with the AI, it was odd at first, but I believe that, I can adjust to having an AI service me. Having it talk slowly made it easier for me to understand what it was saying. At first, when I talked to it, I used to many slang, like saying 63 for my birth year instead of saying 1963. Having the AI help me was a step in the right direction.
