Good customer service is important!
I was extremely happy after being able to purchase my new policy within minutes of having one far too many bad experiences with my previous insurance provider with whom I've always had to spend hours on hold just contact them for a simple issue like needing a quote, sonnet's online quotes were quick and easy and my previous insurance provider took forever for that too but the best part was that within minutes I was saving $37 a month. Thank you Sonnet!

Don't waste your time.
I never had a claim in my life my credit score is literally perfect and I was rejected for home insurance with no reason given like I'm a deadbeat.
A fully paid off mortgage, not a single claim, high income earner, perfect credit score with a $5+ million dollar home and they reject me?
This company is a joke.
