I've recenty started my third year with sonnet.I really believed that sonnet was the very best insurance company in Canada.But,,,a few weeks ago I sold my car and bought a newer one.And WOW!!!All I did was switch cars.My insurance more than doubled.I'm in shock. So I'm very disappointed,and am planning to move on to another insurance company as soon as possible.

Having been in a car accident before, I know how important customer service is. I did my research and Sonnet was a clear standout. I love how easy it is for me to access and amend my policies. I do wish it was easier to see pricing and how my discounts and bundles change my policy pricing.

Shortly after having switched to Sonnet Ins. I had the misfortune of my vehicle being impacted by a deer. Reporting the incidence, filing a claim, and having the vehicle repaired was done with ease. No hold ups or complaints. Thank You Sonnet.
