I was very frustrated using the internet. I kept losing service. I managed to talk to a gentleman and text him my problems before losing service again He read my text and the next time I was able to get service he had fixed all the issues and had me insured. I was so thankful for all his help. Made my move so much easier for me. Thank you for the great service
