AS A NEW CUSTOMER, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GREAT COVERAGE FOR MY HOME INSURANCE....THE RATES ARE TERRIFIC AND I'VE HEARD THAT THE COVERAGE IS ALSO THE BEST. I HOPE THAT I NEVER HAVE A CLAIM, BUT IF I DO I AM CONFIDENT THAT I WILL BE LOOKED AFTER IN A PROFESSIONAL AND SPEEDY MANNER CHEERS, RON.

This is my first year with Sonnet. I find them to be efficient, courteous and extremely efficient.

It was a lot less complicated than I thought to input the information for our three vehicles and our home. Owning older cars it's nice to choose things like theft and liability and omit collision to save money. Even though I waited on hold for a while, the person I spoke to was very patient and accommodating with my questions. I know being an online business they don't prioritize the phone lines but my experience was pleasant. They assured me there was no extra costs to insure our mobile home, unlike our last insurance provider who said it was an extra free.
