Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Very satisfied . Sonnet insured me when no one wanted too.

My credit card is TD and TD cancelled many cards (mine included) because of a security breach. As a result I missed my June 25 payment. I had been sent my new card and entered my new card and it looks like the payment went thru because I see it pending in my TD credit card. I would have much preferred to have been able to talk to someone at Sonnet and had the payment put thru weeks ago so I know the problem was resolved. As it is if I had made a typo in the card number I would have missed 2 payments with possible consequences

I was looking for a lower insurance rate after having another increase from my previous insurance company. Sonnet was lower than their increase so I decided to switch. The website was pretty easy to navigate. But when I wanted to make some changes to my plan, it kept giving me an error. I had to chat with a rep to get what I needed done. Which was relatively easy but it would have been preferred if I could have done the changes myself. But Sonnet is definitely a good company to use until I have more accident free years under my belt.

I really like this insurance company. They were there to help me with a little issue I had with my yearly payment. I recommend this company without a doubt. Thank you again

To date, Sonnet has been great.. they are just collecting premiums .. that being said the real test of an insurance company is; if and when you need to make a claim.. will they pay, will the process and payment be fair, equitable and fast? Luckily I have not needed to make a claim.
