There is little difference on contract terms and conditions between insurance carriers in the market. Just bad. You pay them to not be there when you need them. You pay for rude customer service agents who refuse to assist. You call to add services and they quote you to later advise they won't help. So then you can keep your car with them but apartment insurance to another company. I now am cancelling them as I was forced to wait or be charged to bundle my services elsewhere. Save your money and time and just go anywhere else.
