Not my insurance agents but so helpful!…
so i actually dont have pumpkin as a insurance agency i went with another company... BUT i accidentally signed up for both (mommy brain😮💨) and i canceled but the charge still went through and i dont know about you but i sure cannot afford to have 557 dollars missing for very long. i call pumkins support team panicked and crying and they were able to empathize with me and help. My money was refund within that week they were sososo helpful and speedy. Thank you pumpkin!!

The turnaround time between submitting documents and approval was impressive! Everything happened so quickly and we were reimbursed promptly. Thank you!!
Monthly Cost
Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.
Coverage
Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.
Payout Limits
Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.
Deductible
3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
