Pumpkin Pet Insurance has been absolutely an essential must for my puppy. I don't have to worry about medical expenses knowing the insurance will cover most of the bills.
And I don't have to hesitate about the finances of the vets.
In the first year of owning my pup, he had cherry eye surgery, and pancreatitis. And pumpkin Pet insurance always been there to reimburse the most of it.
I'm extremely grateful for their services. The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect 5 star is that they need to make an App.
Other than that, Im a happy to do business with them

Investing in Pumpkin pet insurance has been the best decision yet! The customer service representatives were always professional, friendly, and answered all my questions before I signed up. My claims are reimbursed within one business day and submitting them online has been a breeze. Highly recommended!

Used the preventative care coverage
Used the preventative care coverage, to get Daisy Mae her puppy vaccinations. Everything worked just as advertised, and our refunds came in quickly and easily to our bank account.
Monthly Cost
Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.
Coverage
Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.
Payout Limits
Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.
Deductible
3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
