It’s worth it!!

I have had pumpkin insurance since my pup was a little one :) I was skeptical if needing it until an emergency came up… Twice ! Both happening in a month span. I used their website to upload my vet invoices and within a short timeframe, I was met with an email in regards to my claim and the reimbursement made it clear that insurance for my dog had made it worth having. It’s easier than you would think! Choose Pumpkin for your pets!! You won’t regret it.

Your price for coverage is crazy…

Your price for coverage is crazy expensive. Its going to cost me over $1200 a year for her insurance.

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
