Overall I am really happy…
Overall I am really happy with my reimbursement rate and what is included with pumpkin. I have had a few issues with support overall. 1. when you chat in their systems seems to not record it as a contact so it just goes nowhere if the agent doesn't follow up. 2. the negotiation between pumpkin and my vet has been tricky at times when her preventative meds need to be refilled. 3. this is not so much support but claims take like a month to process which feels like a long time on a big claim.
