Spams requesting me review before we can use the insurance

How manipulative to spam me requesting a review when I just signed up for this insurance and I can't even use it yet for my cats. Of course they want a review before you can even become disappointed! For this, I am giving ZERO stars.

It Was a pain free process

It Was absolutely great working with pumpkin from start to finish! Unfortunately our 4 yr old dachshund had to have emergency back surgery at midnight on the weekend, and was able to get refunded 90% of the bill. Absolute life saver and couldn’t be happier with their service! Thank you Pumpkin

Made a stressful situation much easier

You guys processed and completed my claim very quickly, which was extremely helpful after dealing with the stress of my dog being sick and being the end of the month. I really appreciate how fast, straightforward and well laid out the breakdown of the claim was as well.

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
