Great Customer Service

Peter was so helpful and courteous, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly and looked up answers for questions he did not know off the top of his head (what category a specific condition fell under). I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

So far so good... Signing up was easy, and they had the best rates of all the providers I compared! But the true test will be if I need to use it for one of my furchildren, and then we shall see.

Policy is very new

Policy is very new, haven't used it yet, still in the 5 day waiting period as well. Staff reached out already and provided information and asked if I had questions. So far, Great customer service. Hopefully it continues if I need to file a claim in the future.

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
