Prudent Pet | Pet Insurance Review

As a pet parent most of my life, I’ve tried several pet insurance companies, always looking for the best way to protect my fur babies. I was pleasantly surprised to happen upon the Prudent Pet health insurance company. I was pleased with the pet health coverage available to me, and I was blown away by the extremely helpful and honest customer service. I was actually able to speak to a “real person” and get immediate answers to my pertinent questions. Rebecca, the customer service rep I was fortunate enough to deal with, was honest, knowledgeable and she made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. For something as important as pet health insurance, I feel very comfortable and confident choosing Prudent Pet Insurance for my furry family.

Steffi was wonderful! She continued to remain in contact with me while i struggled to make a decision. She was patient and informative. She shared personal experiences with pet insurance which made it much easier to discuss any concerns. I didnt feel pressured to make a decision which definitely made it much more pleasant to work with her. I am hopeful all the staff with prudent are as helpful and pleasant as Steffy.
