Rebecca with the hair WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY HELPFUL AND LETS YOU KNOW EVERYTHING CLEARLY. FUNNY AT THAT.🤣. ME AND MY FIANCE WAS JUST LAUGHING SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW SHE HAD A WHOLE CROWD LAUGHING. SO SHE NOT JUST ANY SELLER WHO TRIES SELLING YOU SOMETHING AND GETS YOU OFF THE PHONE. SHE ACTUALLY HELPS YOU FIND THE BEST PLAN FOR YOU. (SHE'S NOT PUSHY ALSO LIKE ALOT OF SELLERS ) SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS WELL BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME I HANG UP THE PHONE. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY I CAN TELL.

Happy customer and pup

Stephanie D made the process easy and took the time to explain how everything worked, as well as all our options for coverage. She also explained what each coverage option entailed and how to use the service and ways we could change it if and when we need to. We are considering getting a second dog and she took the time to explain adding a second animal and how to do so as well. She went above and beyond and I’m so happy with her help.

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
