Excellent customer service
The customer service I received from Brandi was excellent. She answered all the questions I had. The price of the two policies for the deductible, amount of the policy and reimbursement rate I chose was very reasonable. I had a concern as if your pet is ill, you have 48 hours to get in to a vet or the claim could be denied. My vet is booked sometimes a week out but Brandi advised me I could go to another clinic or an urgent care clinic and this would meet the 48 hour requirement. After purchasing the policy you get notified several times to add your pet's previous vet records. I didn't know this was required when I bought the policies so it took a bit to get the records from the vet. Prudent's on line app is very easy to use which is a plus. I haven't filed a claim as I just bought the policies but I'm hoping filing a claim is as easy as purchasing the policies.
