Every claim I have sent in in the past month has needed attention. I have faxed them emails going on their website and they still need attention. I have paid five vet bills since October eighth. I don’t know how to give an itemize list for a prescription either I sent them the receipt the order from the doctor and there is no itemize list for prescription. I’m getting tired of getting this email every morning that they can’t read it when I have sent them in many times in different forms. Also should have read the policy closer my dog was just diagnosed with OA suspected coronoid disease both elbows which I was told anything bilateral in regards to surgery isn’t covered or long term treatment for OA. I will be changing my other pups policy and wait to see if they cover additional e rays scheduled next wk. After that what’s the point of this policy ?

You've paid $6,000 over the 12 year life of dog an never had to use it. Is that a bad deal? NO!!! If you could guarantee to me that you could sell me that Bernese Mt Dog that would live 12 years without any catastrophic disease then I would gladly pay you $10,000 for it. The problem is that nobody can make that guarantee so all we have left to protect ourselves is catastrophic Pet's Best Insurance. I never want to use it but I have it and I will use it in order to save the life of my dog.
