Financial Support When You Need It
"I had PetsBest Insurance for a couple years before needing to file a claim. When I filed the claim everything was processed and paid quickly. Insurance of any kind is one you have in hopes to not really use it and then when you have to you hope it will pay out like you thought. I would recommend PetsBest to anyone. "

Easy Claim Submissions
The process of submitting a claim is simple. The app walks you through the steps. I have the highest coverage available, but I submit everything even if I know it's going to be rejected so they have a record of the cost people pay for things. It's the only way there will be an increase in how much is reimbursed.
Payout on flea/tick/heartworm medications and vaccinations isn't very high per year when you consider the true cost of the medications. When I told a vet what was covered, they asked if it was the 1980s.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
