Best Company Ever!!

Pets Best is worth every penny! When my family got our beautiful bulldog Molly, I made sure to get insurance. Every time I have called I encountered the friendliest, most helpful customer reps around. My claims get filed immediately and without question. I tell my friends that my pet insurance carrier is WAY better than any "human" company. I highly recommended Pets Best!!!!!

This real insurance that truely covers.

This company has been just like good human insurance. They do what they say their going to do. The biggest down side is the increases. But the so has human insurance. You can always pick and choose options to lower the cost.

Thank you!

My 15yo cat , Tucker, was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to be put to sleep. I sent my claim forms in for tests, euthanization, and creamation to Pets Best. Within 24 hours, they sent me an email expressing their symapthy for my loss and automatically updating my policy to remove Tucker. I appreciate this so much, as I was dreading having to call and explain my situation. Thank you, Pets Best, for taking away some of the discomfort associated with my loss.

WOW! First claim and paid ever so quickly!!!!

I cannot believe that was less than 24 hours and my claim was already paid!!!! I am glad to know that I can rely on them if anything else happens to my pet(s)...... Hoping nothing does happen to them! Thanks Pets Best!!!!!

Pets Best has always been there for me

I have had three dogs with Pets Best. Maya passed suddenly and Pets Best paid for her creamation even. The lady on the phone cared deeply that Maya passed. The pup Mika has never had a claim. My charley has been plagued with problems from seizures to eye ulcerations. Pets Best always was there for me, Maya, Charley and Mika. Always.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
