We Are On Our Third Cairn Terr…

We are on our third Cairn Terrier and signed up for pet insurance for the first time. Previous dogs had knee and back surgeries that were very expensive. So far we have just used it for a urinary track infection. It is good to have some relief from small vet bills and piece of mind that any future large vet bills will be covered.

I attempt to give all the information about the reason for the claim which is usually more than on the Vets invoice. The claim is always handled in a prompt efficient manner with communication to me on the progress and completion."

I Had A Different Claim Compan…

I had a different claim Company for 10 years before my dog passed. Without a doubt Pets Best far exceeds my previous experience. I only filed two claims and was amazed at all aspects. I shared this info with my Vet, I am looking forward to working with Pets Best. I would highly recommend Pets Best to anyone who has a pet.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
