Kind People During a Difficult Time

Not only are these people really professional in a very appropriate way, but they allowed me to take any thought of cost out of the picture when treating a very terrible feline disease. I have recommended them to anyone who would listen!

Don't have your dog's teeth pulled

My dog had to have 4 teeth pulled because they were loose and one was decayed. This was an health issue, not a beautification issue. Pet Best did not help pay for this.

This insurance is AMAZING

I've had the insurance for four years and it is the least expensive I could find. They cover up to 80% which is a great help. The claim process is very easy to utilize and their payment response takes a week, which is fast for most insurance companies. 100% satisfied.

Glad we have Pets Best

Pets Best has always been good about reimbursement of ordinary health/wellness expenses for our pets ie: shots and exams. But when our 3 year old Chocolate Lab swallowed a half a dollar size rock a few weeks back we were so glad we had Pets Best Insurance. Because of the size of the rock the vet removed it by Endoscopy which is very costly. Afterwards we submitted our claim for the procedure along with the exams and xrays that were needed and we just got 80% of the expenses reimbursed, over $1,400.00!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
